Returns & Exchange
1. Marketplace Purchases
If you purchased a VACVUC product through a third-party marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Walmart.com, Mercado Libre, etc.), you must refer to the return and exchange policies of the respective marketplace. Each marketplace has its own return and refund policies, and any requests regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds must be handled directly through their support channels.

2. Purchases Made on VACVUC.com
If you purchased your product directly from vacvuc.com, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in the same state as when it was delivered. The product must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
2.1 Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- The product must be in new and unused condition.
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Products showing signs of wear, misuse, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was defective or incorrect at the time of delivery.
2.2 Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@vacvuc.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your return or exchange within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
- Products returned after the 30-day return window.
- Clearance or final sale items.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@vacvuc.com with photos of the product and a description of the issue. We will review your request and provide a resolution as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
