If you purchased a VACVUC product through a third-party marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Walmart.com, Mercado Libre, etc.), you must refer to the warranty policies of the respective marketplace. Each marketplace has its own policies regarding warranties and claims, and any warranty requests must be handled directly through their support channels.

2. Purchases Made on VACVUC.com
For products purchased directly from vacvuc.com, we offer a 365-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions for pet products.

2.1 Conditions for Warranty Coverage

  • The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from vacvuc.com.
  • Covers manufacturing defects and material faults.
  • Does not cover damage caused by pet chewing, scratching, excessive biting, improper use, neglect, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., excessive moisture, heat, or sunlight).
  • Normal wear and tear, including fabric pilling, fading, or slight material breakdown due to regular pet use, is not covered under warranty.
  • Damage caused by improper washing or maintenance that does not follow the care instructions provided is not covered.

2.2 Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  2. Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  4. If the claim is approved, we will either repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

3. Exclusions and Limitations
The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage caused by pet chewing, scratching, or excessive biting.
  • Stains, odors, or damages resulting from pet accidents or improper cleaning.
  • Normal wear and tear due to pet use over time.
  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.
  • Products damaged by external factors, such as excessive sun exposure, fire, or water damage.
  • Loss, theft, or damage caused by shipping carriers after the initial delivery.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
